I have been in home improvement for 30 years, and I saw and dealt with lots of contractors, but this one is unbelievable. Excellent explanation and service, and always on time. One of the last old timer contractors. I love my retractable awning and I have two other contractors that said they can’t do it. Tom ordered special-made parts and now my wife is ecstatic.
